…so, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything of substance and I don’t think that’s going to happen now either.  But, I’m feeling the need to reach into this worldwide web and connect with other like-minded souls.

The headlines today are atrocious.  Reading them is an assault upon an assault.

Meanwhile, the holidays are upon us and it’s time to work on things like gratitude, compassion, joy & equanimity.
