ps…..I’m still in the ‘balsamic phase’ of my lunar cycle……………..just popped ‘out’ to do my blog post! I’m not sure I agree with Mr. Gurdjieff’s suggestions here.

    I think that has something to do with the patriarchal thought that the body is the servant (read femenine) and the head is the master (read masculine).The body is something used to carry the head around.I totally disagree.

    Yes, and, he obviously did not understand the benefits of rest or ‘time-out’.

    I know that Mr. G. tried very hard to ‘get enlightened’, however, I don’t think he ever achieved that goal.
