It is well proven that the substance and matter that make up the entire Universe also exists inside of us. The movement of the planets and the changing surface conditions on our Sun provide a constantly-changing energy field that surrounds the earth and permeates everything that lives on this earth.

Astrological symbolism is one way to understand these spiraling energies that we all live in.

Yoga is another way to connect to Universal Energy. Instead of looking into the external world, yoga directs us to look within, to our interior landscape.

The amazing part is that when we look inside we find the same organized field of energy that is found outside in our solar system! And when we look out to the solar system we find a mirror to that which is inside. Wow……

The Chakra System of the body is an amazing tool to help us understand how all this fits together.
